We've been looking after the Cairns website design needs for Daintree Deep Forest Lodge for more than 12 years and in this time we've worked on 5 projects together. When we first met the clients at Daintree Deep Forest Lodge they had a Cairns website design that was built around a CMS that is even worse than WordPress, if you can imagine such a thing. It was what's called a Typo3 website.

Typo3 is a content management system that is similar to the WordPress product, only a lot less intuitive and even slower to load than a WordPress website, so, like with WordPress, we always recommend people put these website products in the rubbish bin, where they belong. Not only are these CMS website makers slow to load, they are also vulnerable to malicious attack and, being based on a template system, are not really the realm of website "designers" who prefer the freedom to create without limitation.

This new custom coded Cairns website design for Daintree Deep Forest Lodge has been designed around visual assets that were pieced together by our creative team. We also utilised these created assets with captured drone video footage of the Daintree Rainforest to showcase the mood of the region.

The client gave us one brief for their new Cairns website design and that was to incorporate birdlife into the design. They wanted people to be aware of the unique and plentiful bird species that frequent the property.

Other than that, our commercial photographer was able to capture some great image assets of the property and the accommodation. With their new Cairns website design now live, we can progress to the commencement of their Google Ads campaign to get them booked out for the upcoming long weekends.
