After completing the branding and logo design part of our project with Fibreglass Composite Supplies earlier in the week, we've now completed the clients new Cairns website design. As part of a much bigger website development project, we're setting this website so it can be a national eCommerce portal.

Our Cairns website designer has completed the creative aspects of this project, ready for our website developer to get to work. Part of our eCommerce website design and development service is to have our creative design team custom-code the templates that will make up the online store.

Our Cairns website designer is an expert at working with Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS for short. A CSS file is basically a set of instructions that tell the website how to look. Our custom-coded CSS files for each website are human developed and our understanding of how CSS works is the main reason why our website products look better than the standard template website makers products.

The CSS file in the Fibreglass Composite Supplies Cairns website design reaches over 3,000 lines long. It is custom-developed for the website and also controls how visual assets in the overall Cairns website design behave when displayed on different screen sizes.

The CSS file is also responsible for the way the eCommerce short and long description look and react when displayed on different screen sizes. The custom-coded nature of Allcorp produced Cairns website design projects also makes our website products much faster to load than the templated website makers products. This is because the code that controls how the website looks is contained in a single CSS file that is only 46kb in size due to it being just a text file containing code.

With the new website now live, it is now up to our Cairns website developer to write the custom-code that controls the eCommerce and Content Management System (CMS) so the client can manage their products, inventory and orders and customers will be able to securely purchase their advertised products with a secure Stripe payments gateway. This is now moving into a new coding language called PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, or PHP for short. By combining PHP with our custom-coded HTML/CSS designs, we end up with a very powerful and focused code structure that is custom developed to suit the requirement.
